BLOG.
Hello Gang,

Well…it’s been nearly 2 years since I’ve been on a real tour. The kind with miles between shows, hotel/motel beds, and that feeling I get just before I go on stage.

I can’t wait to play these songs I’ve been telling you about night after night once again. I can’t wait to see some familiar faces and make some new friends. I am thrilled that Vanessa Carlton has asked me to join her on her ‘Nolita Fairytale’ tour.

This next week will be extra exciting because I will hold a special CD release show in Oklahoma City and ‘Best Days’ will be featured as iTunes’ Free Download of the Week! The music video is complete and looks great! The new website is 99% done and both will debut next week.

Thanks so much for all your Myspace and Facebook messages. I am doing my best to answer all questions and just say ‘hi’ back to everyone. Your support means so much and I look forward to seeing all of you at the shows!

Cheers,
GC
Hey All,

Thanks for stopping by. I wanted to tell you a little bit about what I’ve been up to lately before I head out to promote the new album. By the way, if you don’t know, Vanessa Carlton invited me to open her tour. This will be a very cool handful of intimate acoustic shows I hope you will attend.

Last week I attended the ‘EZRA OPEN,’ in New Orleans. This was an amazing weekend for a great cause. The live auction, concert, and golf tournament raised a huge amount of money for KATRINA victims and I was honored to be a part of it. It was great to see old touring partners and friends (Collective Soul, Emerson Hart, and Michael Tolcher).

‘Best days’ is starting to get some airplay around the country so hopefully you’ll be hearing it in your town soon. The music video is in the final editing process and should debut very soon.

Last night I traveled to Dallas, TX to again see my best friend Wes Welker and the Patriots play the Cowboys. He has the best game of his NFL career and scored 2 touchdowns. It was an amazing experience. We took some photos after the game so I’ll try and post them soon. Til then.

Cheers,
GC
