The head of Silicon Knights talks about Nintendo, E3, game previews, and of course, Too Human. Also: Will SK ever make a Wii game? Don't miss this giant interview!

A couple of weeks before E3 2007, we had a long and insightful conversation with Denis Dyack, President of Silicon Knights. This was our first formal interview with Dyack since his company ended their exclusive agreement with Nintendo in 2005. Silicon Knights is currently developing Too Human (planned as a trilogy) for Microsoft on Xbox 360. The company also has a development deal with Sega, although that project is still completely under wraps. Since Too Human was, for several years, in development for GameCube, we wanted to learn more about the game from a Nintendo-centric perspective. Of course, Dyack is well known for his controversial opinions on the entire gaming industry, so we wanted to follow up with him on those topics as well.

Nintendo World Report would like to thank Denis Dyack and Susan Lusty (Public Relations, Silicon Knights) for arranging and participating in this event. The interview was conducted by Jonathan Metts, with help from Steven Rodriguez and Aaron Kaluszka. Transcription provided by Mike Thomsen, Zach Miller, and Michael Flynn.

And remember, if you would like to comment or leave feedback on this interview, discuss it in Talkback!
