If you wish to subscribe to our RSS News feed, Music4Games.Net needs to be credited with the editorial coverage that you carry or promote.

Without limitation, we are not responsible for postings by users in the forum, or any present and future feedback sections of our site. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these third parties on our site. Music4Games may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

User Registration
As part of the registration process, for future sections, you will select a Member ID and private password. You also have to give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. You may not select or use a Member ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;use a Member ID in which another person has rights without the person's authorization; use a Member ID whereby Music4Games in its sole discretion, deems offensive.

Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.  You shall notify admin@music4games.net of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account.  You are responsible for all usage or activity on your Music4Games registration, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your Member ID and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at Music4Games’ sole discretion.

Third-party sites, products, and Services Third Party Links
In addition to content, our site contains products and services provided by third parties. Your use of any of the products or services offered on Music4Games is subject to these Terms of Use (these "Terms").

Linked websites are not under the control of Music4Games website and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Our inclusion on our sites of any third-party content or a link to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that content or third-party site.

Any services or products that we review, list, or advertise on our site we disclaim any responsibility for or liability related to them. Your correspondence or related activities with third parties, including payment transactions and goods-delivery transactions, are solely between you and that third party. How we gather information from our users:

Newsletters /Emails/Polls/Opt Out
Music4Games offers email newsletters to its subscribers. We will use your email address to send you only the specific newsletters that you signed up for. If you want to update your email address or stop receiving a newsletter, follow the protocol to unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter we send you.

Music4Games conducts email and online surveys as well as instant polls to gather information about our readers and users. Taking these surveys and polls are optional. We share only the aggregate results of these surveys, not personal information, to help us better understand our services and monitor advertising or other opportunities or offerings on our website.

Services/Products
When you purchase services or products from Music4Games we may require personal information such as name, address, telephone number and customer billing information, including credit card, debit card or bank account data. Music4Games will not disclose your personal information, including billing information, except to the extent necessary to complete your transaction.

Indemnification
You agree to protect and fully compensate Music4Games and their service providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of the Agreement or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Music4Games and all of our officers, directors, owners, employees, shareholders, agents, information providers, affiliates, partners, and licensors (collectively, the "Music4Games Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any Music4Games Party in connection with any claim, including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, violation of rights of publicity and/or privacy, copyright infringement, or trademark infringement arising out of  your use of our site, your connection to our sites, the content, the quality, or the performance of content that you submit to our site, any use or alleged use of your accounts or your passwords by any person, whether or not authorized by you, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any other person or entity. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
 
Disclaimers and Warranties
We disclaim any responsibility for the deletion, the failure to store, the mis-delivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material. We disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet using search results from our site. This Service is available "as is." We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Music4Games may elect to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our site by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Florida law. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
