About 20 minutes after Sean Hannity repeatedly complained about the “racial politics” of African-Americans Rev. Al Sharpton and Charles Barron, a warm welcome was given to “anti-illegal immigration advocate” John Monti. During his interview, Monti made several racist statements about migrant workers (read Mexicans) in San Diego County. But Hannity never objected to any of those statements and remained sympathetic to Monti throughout the interview. With video coming.

The two African-American men who were the brunt of Michael "Kramer" Richards' appalling and racist eruption last week have hired attorney Gloria Allred to represent them in a suit against Richards. Allred, who was a guest today (November 28, 2006) on Fox's "business news" program, Your World w/Neil Cavuto, said her clients weren't as interested in monetary compensation as they are in a genuine apology.

Breaking News - Hezbollah Has Been Training Shiite Militias In Iran

This was just confirmed into Fox News by U.S. officials. Apparently not only has Hezbollah been training Militias to fight in Iraq (up to 2000) but Fox is claiming that incendiary devices and trigger devices may also have been provided by Iran to Iraq.

Comment: A wider net shows that the terrorism started in Iraq by the invasion of the U.S. Forces is spreading.

On Saturday, the panel on Cashin' In discussed a startling prediction made by guest Todd Schoenberger, Chief Market Strategist for Taipan Financial News (TFN) and Executive Editor of that company's Diligent Investor financial advice newsletter. Shoenberger said, " ... [Four] dollars-plus a gallon by January and here's why. It's based on geopolitical concerns coming out of the Middle East. The Iranians right now are talking about having this nuclear device by the end of March. If that's the case - and also you have Hezbollah looking to take over the Lebanese government - if that's the case the Israelis have to defend themselves. I'm looking for a violent conflict to break out by January, therefore higher oil prices. It's gonna be bad. It's gonna be bad."

Brent Bozell: Of Course Iraq’s A Mess But It’s Liberal Bias To Call It A Civil War

Brent Bozell and Sean Hannity were full of outrage that NBC News dared to call the problems in Iraq “a civil war.” Hannity sulked, “They’ve never given the American public the story about all the success in Iraq,” but somehow neglected to report any successes, himself – now or any time in the recent past. Under questioning from Alan Colmes, Bozell admitted that the war is “a mess” but he complained that calling it a civil war is an “editorial comment” that shows bias. Funny how Bozell has never complained there was any “editorial comment” when FOX News quickly complied with the Bush administration’s request to call its domestic eavesdropping a “terrorist surveillance program.”

More Hannity & Colmes Hypocrisy On Alcee Hastings

The Hannity & Colmes obsession with Alcee Hastings continued last night (11/27/06) in yet another segment designed to demonize Hastings and, by association, Nancy Pelosi who may appoint him chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Hastings was acquitted of criminal bribery charges but that didn’t stop Dick Morris, the sole guest for the segment, of baselessly accusing Hastings of leaking intelligence. Morris further claimed that the reason Nancy Pelosi wants Hastings, instead of ranking member Jane Harman, to head the committee is because Pelosi “doesn’t want female competition” in case she decides to run for governor. But in the very next segment, disgraced Bernard Kerik who was convicted for taking “gifts” from mob-connected contractors, was welcomed again as a legitimate pundit and identified as simply a former New York City police commissioner.

FOX News Chickenhawks Disappointed Iraq Study Group Report May Prevent War With Iran, Syria

Newt Gingrich and Dick Morris, neither of whom saw fit to serve in the military themselves, were full of anxiety last night (11/27/06) that the forthcoming report by the Iraq Study Group urging “an aggressive regional diplomatic initiative that includes direct talks with Iran and Syria” would preclude an escalation of Middle East hostilities that they are so hoping for.

Bill O'Reilly, apparently unrested and still grumpy after his week off, returned to The Factor tonight 11/27/06 and immediately began to revisit last week's news because it fits in with his book-selling agenda. He again declared the Murdoch business decision to yank the OJ ratings-grab a victory for "his" side and chortled over some stores returning to the use of "Merry Christmas". It's "a holiday that encourages goodwill toward all people" and you Jewish shoppers just better get used to it.

We quickly noticed while monitoring for Outfoxed that the conservatives on FOX are hardcore and passionate and uncompromising, and the "liberals" are really centrists and often willing to go along with the more powerful voice, giving right-wing pundits a rationale for calling Dems and liberals weak. Susan Estrich is one of those liberals, willing and able to see both sides and frequently convinced to side against her self-proclaimed party alliance.

The first segment today (November 27, 2006) on Fox's "premiere business news" program, Your World w/Neil Cavuto, was a roundtable discussion about whether Friday's "huge holiday shopping defies 'doom and gloomers'" (the answer was yes, of course). Two of the four panelists were boxing promoter Don King, an avid Bush supporter who appeared on screen waving twin American flags, and singer Pat Boone, another avid Bush supporter.
