Alumni Career Services
Welcome Alumni to the Office of Career Services!
Whether you are looking to change your practice or your locale, to volunteer
your time mentoring students, or to hire a new lawyer, look no further than
the Office of Career Services.
Are you in the market for a new job? A new career?
Not everyone realizes that OCS offers career counseling to alumni. If you are
contemplating a move to another employer, practice, or town, we can help you
through the process. Not only will we review your resumes and cover letters,
we will provide you to access to job listings targeted at Duke Alumni and put
you in touch with alumni who may be able to advise you.
In addition to the resources in the OCS suite, we have provided for your online
access to our career counseling resources. Contact us for passwords to access:
eAttorney.com (our online alumni job
bank) and LEXIS. You can even set up a free email account to ensure private
communication with potential employers. All alumni utilizing the Office of Career
Services must adhere to the school's Placement Rules.
Please don't be a stranger and think of us next time you think about changing
jobs.
Office of Career Services Seeks Alumni Volunteers
As a graduate of Duke Law School, you are invited to share your wisdom and
insights about life after law school with current students. The Office of Career
Services seeks alumni volunteers to serve in a variety of capacities, including
as mentors, mock interviewers, and alumni panelists. If you are interested in
volunteering, please fill out and submit our Alumni
Volunteer Survey today. Your time commitment as a volunteer can be as much
or as little as you'd like.
For more information on alumni activities and happenings at the law school,

Are you interested in hiring an intern or recent graduate?
We seek to bring employers and students together. You can recruit students
through our On-Campus Interview Program or by
through job postings. To post a job with Duke Law students and alumni, email
a brief job description with qualifications and your contact information to
jobs@law.duke.edu or fax it to the Office
of Career Services at (919) 613-7231.
We hope to hear from you soon!
