Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and his wife, Ashley Kavanaugh, will sit down TONIGHT with Martha MacCallum on "The Story" at 7:00pm ET on Fox News Channel.

Kavanaugh, President Trump's nominee for the Supreme Court, has seen the confirmation process thrown into chaos over a series of decades-old sexual misconduct allegations.

California professor Christine Blasey Ford has accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault at a high school party more than 35 years ago. Both Ford and Kavanaugh are scheduled to testify in an open Senate hearing on Thursday.

Additionally, a Yale University classmate of Kavanaugh, Debbie Ramirez, claims he exposed himself to her at a college party, and Michael Avenatti, who is representing adult film star Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against Trump, tweeted Sunday he soon intends to reveal other accusations against Kavanaugh from another woman.

Kavanaugh said he won’t be “intimidated into withdrawing” his nomination, as he called the accusations "smears" in a new letter to top lawmakers on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“The coordinated effort to destroy my good name will not drive me out. The vile threats of violence against my family will not drive me out. The last minute character assassination will not succeed," Kavanaugh wrote in the letter.

"Women from every phase of my life have come forward to attest to my character. I am grateful to them. I owe it to them, and to my family, to defend my integrity and my name. I look forward to answering questions from the Senate on Thursday."
