Applications for the recognition of new breeds may be obtained on-line following the links below. Paper copies may be requested from the via e-mail from the REFR office (be sure to include your mailing address) or by submitting written requests to Rare and Exotic Feline Registry, P. O. Box 543, Walnut Cove, NC 27052 While it is not necessary to use the official REFR forms, it is essential that all requested information be included in the application.
