PLEASE BE AWARE FOX NEWS NETWORK, LLC ("COMPANY") HAS REVISED ITS TERMS OF USE (SEE BELOW). One of the key changes to the Terms of Use is summarized below, but please take the time to read the full, updated Terms because you accept and agree to be bound by them when you visit Company Sites.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT - To help further streamline the resolution of disputes, we have updated the Arbitration Agreement, including to specify a different alternative dispute resolution provider. The Arbitration Agreement continues to specify that both you and Company will be obligated to arbitrate disputes that arise out of or relate to the Company Services.
