New strategic framework

Strategy 2015 helped us better fulfill our mandate by being more Canadian, more digital and more regional. Our next strategic plan will take a broader approach in terms of audience appeal and the goal of being the public broadcaster of tomorrow. This will include conducting realistic assessments of what we’re doing now, what we need to do in the future, and how we will pay for it.
