Beyonce denies lip injection speculation and says pregnancy is behind plumper pout

Beyonce's team has denied any speculation the pregnant Grammy winner received lip injections while expecting twins.

The singer's representative, Yvette Noel-Schure, cited Beyonce's pregnancy as the reason for her plumper lips, in a statement released to Gossip Cop.

'Did you know that in addition to weight gain there is often a dramatic change in the blood flow in the system and increased fluid causing swelling?,' she said.

'Do you know that often women's gums get swollen? Do you know that it sometimes affects our speech, our ability to chew intently and a host of other things?'  

Beyonce and her husband of nine years, Jay-Z, are currently expecting twins. 

The couple announced the pregnancy in February 2017 via Instagram.

'We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters,' a post shared by Beyonce read.

Beyonce definitely isn't slowing down in the run up to the birth of her twins.

After going glam at her mother's Wearable Art Gala in LA over the weekend, she was pictured sitting courtside at a basketball game with her husband Jay-Z. And as ever, there was no missing the superstar when it came to style.

Since announcing her current pregnancy, the star has been having some fun keeping fans updated with her life via Instagram. 

She recently took to her website to share a few snaps of herself showing off her bump. 

And on Wednesday Beyonce shared a rather bizarre video on Instagram in which she flaunts her pregnancy style. 

The video mainly consists of a series of photos, and has been set to music.
