Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) said the investigation into collusion between President Trump's campaign and Russian interests is a partisan "witch hunt" by top Democrats.
"It's a totally one-sided witch hunt spurred on by the liberal media... and shrill partisanship of Schumer and Pelosi," he said.

The two top Democrats in Congress have never called for an investigation into Hillary Clinton's "Russian Reset" coinciding with her office signing off on a deal that sold one-fifth of America's uranium to Russia.
The man at the center of the deal, Canadian businessman Frank Giustra, is a major Clinton Foundation donor.
"The country deserves a really thorough exploration of foreign money" impacting the political system, Gingrich said.
Sean Hannity pointed out that Tony Podesta, the brother of Clinton's campaign chairman, received $500 thousand from a Chinese firm that was actively violating Iranian sanctions.
"Yet all the noise is about phony charges against Donald Trump," Gingrich said.
Hannity said that if Trump was involved with Russia the same way the Clinton's allegedly were, "it would be Watergate on steroids."
