In his Talking Points Memo tonight, Bill O'Reilly reacted to FBI Director James Comey and National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers' testimony before the House Intelligence Committee.
O'Reilly said that lawmakers' questions to the pair made it clear that there was a political agenda on both sides of the aisle.
"Republican congresspeople wanted to know about the leakers, people within government giving classified information to reporters," O'Reilly said. "On the Democratic side, it was the Obama tap, the allegation that President Trump tweeted out."
O'Reilly said that there is absolutely no evidence that Obama tapped Trump Tower during the presidential campaign.
"The accusation that President Obama was actively involved in harming the Trump campaign has now harmed the president himself," O'Reilly said.
He explained that Trump needs the American people to focus on health care, the border situation and the economy, not "alleged conspiracies."
"In the future, the president would be wise to embrace only facts in his pronouncements," O'Reilly said.
"Summing up: Republicans want to get away from the tap thing, the Democrats continue to peddle the Russia-Trump campaign situation."
