President Donald Trump and his Chief Strategist Steve Bannon both spoke at CPAC this week.
Although they delivered similar messages, their ways of delivering those messages were quite different.
On "The First 100 Days" tonight, Bill Bennett said that the stark contrast between Trump and Bannon is actually "very complimentary."
He explained that Bannon is a "heavyweight intellectual," with an MBA from Harvard University and a background working as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.
"He's a powerhouse, and he deals largely in abstraction," Bennett said.
He said that Trump, on the other hand, is a dealmaker and an American businessman.
"He deals with the concrete, the practical, the particular, the palpable, the specific," Bennett said.
"It can be very complimentary when you have two people who speak in different ways," he said. "They're very different styles, both effective."
