Karl Rove told Bill O'Reilly tonight that President Trump will not engage in mass deportations of illegal immigrants, noting recent comments from Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly.
"[Kelly] makes it clear that they want to prioritize the use of the resources of the Department of Homeland Security to focus on people who have committed criminal acts or engaged in criminal behavior," Rove said.

They don't have the resources or intention to round up 11 million people, he explained, adding that 74 percent of the 653 people caught in recent ICE raids had felony criminal records.
Rove said prioritizing dangerous criminals for deportation is a "pretty good standard" that most Americans would agree with.
He said the administration must still provide an answer as to how they will handle or legally absolve those illegal immigrants who have come to America and are being productive members of society.
