They seem to love nothing more than a sunshine break.

And Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann couldn't hide their excitement as they jetted off 'to the islands' for yet another vacation on Sunday, sharing every moment on Snapchat.

'I always have so much anxiety leaving my children,' exclaimed mother-of-six Kim, in between trying out the different Snapchat filters on her phone.

'Paradise awaits!' Kim told fans she was heading to 'the islands'

Still, despite her anxiety, the 38-year-old had no hesitation in jetting off to 'paradise'.

And her husband was equally enthusiastic, as Kim gushed: 'So excited to spend some time with him.'

Once they reached their destination, Kim slipped straight into a peach string bikini, posing up a storm in the mirror.

While Kim certainly looked fabulous, she has admitted to having Botox, breast implants, and a tummy tuck in the past.

And as recent as 12 weeks ago, as documented on Instagram, she's even had Sculptra fillers injected into her buttocks to remove cellulite.

She also gets lip fillers - as does her teen daughter Brielle.

On Saturday the Don't Be Tardy star shared an insight into her luxury hotel suite, panning around the room.

As the camera caught sight of Kroy, she added: 'You're so hot my love.'

The two have been spending plenty of time together in recent months, after American football pro Kroy was dropped by his team the Buffalo Bills back in September.
