So that is what have I done - I decided to be skeptical.

I've wrapped several different RFID cards and my RFID Car Key in these sleeves, and tested them on various readers. The end result, the sleeves manage to protect only to a point. For scanners that I previously could be 3 inches away from and have operate with the naked card, we're now down to 1 inch. For the car key, I wrapped it in TWO sleeves(not an easy task but it left nothing exposed, there was no noticeable effect. For items I previously had to tap, I still can tap right through the sleeve.

How do I explain the discrepancy in my results (that it had no effect on two of the tests and only an effect on the first)? I can only hold the car key at arms length, perhaps the serviceable radius is normally much greater than my reach. For tap, well, I really can't explain that one, range 0 readers just don't seem impacted.

I am curious to hear from other people that have tested these sleeves. Perhaps I got a defective batch, or perhaps we have reason to be skeptical about such solutions.

one size fits all cards ok but does not fit all wallet or purse slots. The sleeves are 1/8 inch wider than card RB Clay

The banks are changing the cards so they won't be vulnerable. Also, the sleeve makes it hard to "stuff" into your billfold and taking it out is just a pain when you are in line to pay for your purchases. BUT, if it foils just one attempt to empty your account.........it's worth it.

The size of these sleeves does not allow me to use them in my wallet. I have bought others that I can use.

Too hard to identify the I.D. card in this opaque case. These will be returned toSafeT Sleeve.

There are friendlier RFID individual card versions which I purchased at the same time from Amazon that have a clear oval in the center (Identity Stronghold) or a clear plastic front (Optexx) and solid back that let you immediately know which card you are using. These will be kept and are being used.

I put RFID cards in the sleeves, yet they were perfectly visible to card readers. Total fail. Bought a Royce RFID-blocking wallet instead and it performs as advertised.

Does not work as it claims, I tested it using the ID scan at work, my credit card info still shows up.

They may as well protect your cards. BUT they don't fit any wallet out there. Already tried three. SO, unless you're planning on carrying your cards in your pocket without a wallet, don't but them.

It would have been nice if the sleeve with the credit card fits in the card slot of the wallet but it doesn't. So it defeats the purpose of having a sleeve for each card unless you want your cards floating in your wallet. POOR DESIGN

I wanted a protective sleeve for my credit cards. I had to have several replaced because the magnetic strip
was damaged. These sleeves do that and also offer protection from having your card information stolen electronically.
