Bouteflika sworn in for 4th term as Algerian president

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika was sworn in as president on Monday, April 28.

The ceremony took place at the Nation’s Palace in Algiers, with Bouteflika sitting on a wheelchair in front of the President of the Supreme Court.
