Maintenance Request

Priorities will be set and dealt with by the Clerk of Works Office. Maintenance policy can be found in the Maintenance Service Level Agreement.

Please note: It will be assumed that submission of this form gives us clearance to access, unless specific times have been given.

Please try and be specific with details, as different problems may require different actions.

For example, for a "broken window", we may send a glazier, whereas if this actually referred to a problem with the window closing, we may instead send along a carpenter.
