Sidebar should now show LDB capable "Launcher" buttons as well as norgannas addons. /nsb config for basic option to hide buttons you don't wan to see.

Fixes tooltip overlap issues when NSB is place at top of monitor or when NSB had Multiple rows of icons.

Adds LibDataBroker-1.1.lua and CallbackHandler-1.0.lua libraries

Bumps minor version to 7
