Is this site dead, or it's brief pause? Looks like all mods are deleted or are linked to not-existing pages...
And if it's dead, is there some other big page full of mods?

Yeah. Nearly every decent mod on this, and JK3 archive is dead. This entire website is dead, though, because new decent mods are put in occasionally, and there are no comment responses in the last few years.
