The Deluxe Room
Furnished with genuine antique mahogany (some Australian) or original Australian brass beds the “Deluxe“ rooms are a perfect refuge for a multiple night stay. Add a bit of spice to your stay by choosing one of two “Chinoiserie“ styled rooms – one boasting a 600 year old antique chinese wedding bed!

The Royal Suites
The largest and grandest rooms provide the best heritage accommodation in the region if not the country. Overlooking the historic Lydiard street precinct and Her Majesty’s Theatre (estab 1885) the “Royal Balcony Suites“ are generously furnished with antiques and the finest bedding, the rooms are grand and comfortable. Many of the marble trimmed bathrooms include Roman or “Hydrotherapy” corner spa’s. The Royal Garden suites on the ground floor or the “Anglo-Japanese“ styled suite with its oriental flavour are just a couple of examples of the many style choices.
