Business Biscotti comes to Hungeford & Lambourn
There is a an excting business networking opportunity in West Berkshire next week with the launch of a new Business Biscotti group at the Pheasant Inn at Shefford Woodlands, near Hungerford.
The group has been founded by two small business owners who recognised the opportunity for a new business networking group based between Hungerford and Lambourn, although it is expected to attract business owners from the Newbury and Swindon areas also.
Both Julie Stevens of Better Business Decisions and Mike Samuels of Mike Samuels Photographic Training are seasoned networkers and agree that Business Biscotti is something rather different from the rule bound alternatives.
Julie Stevens explained: "Having a Business Biscotti group on our doorstep is going to be fantastic! A lot of businesses currently travel to Newbury and Swindon to find networking opportunities – it will be great to have a regular meeting closer to home where you can meet and chat with local businesses.
"Maybe we’ll even encourage some businesses who haven’t tried networking yet to come along – the format is very relaxed which suits some people much better, people can drop in as and when it suits them and there is no membership fee which means people only need to commit their time and the price of a cup of coffee."
Mike Samuels added: "When I was first introduced to Business Biscotti, I realised the potential for small business people who work away from the main hub communities.
"If you run a business that depends on the rural environment or you just choose to live and work in more pleasant surroundings than a urban office your opportunities to network are considerably restricted. Business Biscotti is for people who want to people who want meaningful business relationships and networking opportunities and at the same time put something back into their local community.

Business Biscotti will meet at The Pheasant Inn on Ermin Street, Shefford Woodlands from 9.30am to 11.30am on the 2nd Thursday of each month, with inagural business networking session on Thursday 9th September.
