I have been working with Morgan PR for a number of years now and have always been delighted with both the approach taken as well as the results delivered.
NLP Taster - the concept
On a recent project for example, directors Nigel and Diane worked with me to develop a website for promoting a series of short seminars on NLP. First of all, Nigel met with me to establish what exactly I wanted and what I wanted this to achieve. He took the time to listen to me to completely understand my requirements and the end result was – just perfect. This was exactly what I wanted and needed. No fuss, just great communication.
Exceptional delivery
The hard work did not stop there – during the implementation of this project I was away on holiday and had limited access to emails and telephone. Nigel and Diane worked hard in my absence, putting together content for the webpage and even contacting past clients for testimonials. When I returned from holiday, the webpage was all complete – it required no changes. It was perfect. The testimonials were displayed – and what a difference these have made.
Over delivery
And, if you can imagine it - the excellent service – went further still! Nigel and Diane worked in a very collaborative way utilising their network and contacts to help raise awareness of what a course like this can offer. The result was my course was oversubscribed and we needed to run several others to meet the demand.
