FDLE's Dominick Pape says, Steven Englehart could be hiding anywhere tonight. He has been missing since March and was last seen in Fernandina Beach near Opal Avenue.
"Look at his face," says Pape, "he could be anywhere in our communities, school, near a play ground. He could work in any of our communities and be on any street corner."
Englehart was charged with lewd assault and fondling of a child under 16 back in 2002. Dominck Pape says he knows the law and should have let law enforcement officials know when he left the area.
Reginald Timothy Smith has been missing since February. He was last known to be living off West 1st Street in Jacksonville, but now the FDLE says they can't find him.
Smith has a violent past, one of his worst offenses happened back in 1996, when he lured a young girl into prostitution.
FDLE's Dominick Pape says Smith could be planning another violent act, "When you have a person who has pushed someone into prostitution as a minor, we don't have a need for that person on our streets."
