YOUR JOB: Grow the overall local brand of FOX30 & CBS47 affiliates.
YOUR TOOLS: Final cut, After effects, HD cameras, State of the art studio and production equipment.
REQUIREMENTS: Must Love TV. Not entry level, 3-5 years TV marketing experience required. Management experience and previous CBS and/or FOX affiliate experience a plus. Must be an energetic, Jack-of-all-trades, creative person who can write snappy copy, produce eye-catching promos that stand out and make us different, while being an organized and strategic planner. Must play well with others and take direction from supervisors. We are not looking for someone who has only produced news spots.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Reports to Creative Services Director.
Manages topical producers
Works with producers to develop writing skills and on air look of news topicals
Responsible for overseeing and implementing the day to day branding for WAWS FOX30 & WTEV CBS47.
Develops strategic branding plans with CSD focused on growing the brand of each station.
Develops community relationships.
Organizes and works station events in order to grow each stations awareness in the market.
Writes, shoots and edits targeted image campaigns and other entertainment driven station spots.
Ensures proper placement of spots on daily logs to maximize reach and frequency.
Works closely with sales department to develop marketing projects that grow ratings and revenue.
Develops and manages snipes and animations over programming.
Oversees, develops and is hands-on with social media platforms.
Organizes schedules for on-air talent.
Serves as mentor to promo staff and interns.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned in reference to evolving station plan and marketing plan.
This is a salaried position, some nights and weekends will be required.
