How to contact your council
In person
You can visit the council at the main office shown below at any
time on planning matters or by appointment for other business. In
most cases, one of the town centre contact points, where the council
provides local services at times when residents most need them,
will be able to deal with you more efficiently.
Online
Medway Council welcomes your comments about the website or
suggestions about its services in general. Please use the contact
information at the foot of each page on the website or email
info@medway.gov.uk.
