We require your preliminary booking at the latest two months ahead of your visit. You will receive a booking confirmation and then a proposed programme within two weeks. We expect your final booking within one week after having received the proposed programme.  

The professional visits are free of charge. However, please note that the City of Stockholm does not provide any hotel bookings, transport or other practical arrangements. All presentations will be held in English for our international guests.  

Most of the general information sessions will take place in the City Hall or some other central location. We have indicated the approximate time you will need for each visit. We have however not included the time for transport.  

We will do our best to arrange your visit according to your wishes but we cannot guarantee that all visits are available during your stay.
