Pride Of Pennsylvania

The Penn State Nittany Lions finished one of the best seasons in the history of Division I volleyball -- a year that saw them lose only two sets the entire season -- with a 3-0 sweep over Stanford in the D-I championship game on Saturday night in Omaha. The Lions, with their second straight national title, finish at 38-0.

Concordia Guts Out Title Defense

It couldn't have been much closer on Saturday night in Minnesota, as Concordia-St. Paul edged out Cal St. San Bernardino in a five-set match that came down to a 15-13 score in the final set. The win gives the Bears their second straight national championship, the first time a D-II team has claimed consecutive titles.
