CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Montgomery County deputies on Wednesday morning found a jail inmate dead in his cell.Officials said Lamarck Carnell had breakfast, went back to sleep and never woke up.He was taken to Gateway Medical Center after several minutes of CPR but was pronounced dead.
Deputies said he has a history of medical problems but couldn't go into any details.
