Division of Performing Arts

The UI Division of Performing Arts fosters collaborative performances between the departments of dance, music, and theatre arts, including the Martha-Ellen Tye Opera Theater, Dance Gala, and the Symphony Orchestra Signature Series.

University Theatres

University Theatres host a Main Stage season, a guest artist program, Iowa Summer Rep, and the Iowa New Play Festival. Performances occur in multiple campus venues and often showcase scripts from the Iowa Playwrights Workshop.

University of Iowa Museum of Art

The UI Museum of Art is home to 12,000 works, including an outstanding collection of African art and Jackson Pollock’s Mural.
