Any web-enabled mobile phone or wireless PDA can access SignOnSanDiego.com. Once you've tried it, use your bookmark feature so returning in the future will be easy. On any device, you can type in the URL go.sosd.com. Detailed instructions for specific carriers are below:
You must have wireless web service on your phone to view any wireless site. Consult your service carrier for more information. Note that phone models vary. The directions below are meant to be a general guide.
Verizon
1. Select World Wide Web
2. Scroll down and select "Websites"
3. Scroll down and select "Search"
4. Select "Menu" at the bottom of the screen
5. Scroll down and select "Go to"
6. Using your keypad input go.sosd.com
7. Once you get to SignOnSanDiego.com Wireless, select "Mark Site" to bookmark the site.
The next time you use wireless web, look under bookmarks for a direct link to SignOnSanDiego.com
Sprint
1. Go to the WWW browser
2. Scroll down and select "More"
3. Scroll down and select "Go To"
4. Using your keypad input go.sosd.com
5. Once you get to SignOnSanDiego.com Wireless, select "bookmark" to bookmark the site
The next time your use wireless web, go to "My Wireless Web" and then "Bookmarks" for a direct link to SignOnSanDiego.com

1. Go to the WWW browser

You can access SignOnSanDiego.com on other US carriers and even in Europe or Japan (imode) Just enter the URL http://go.sosd.com into the browser.
Internet Explorer on the PocketPC
1. To get to SignOnSanDiego.com type the URL http://go.sosd.com into the address area and select "Go"
2. To bookmark the site, select the favorites folder on the bottom of the screen, then select the Add/Delete Tab, and then Select "Add" and then "ok"
3. To return to the bookmarked site, select the favorites folder on the bottom of the screen and Click on "SignOnSanDiego.com"
Palm
To get to SignOnSanDiego.com from any wireless Palm, (such as the Palm VII series, the Palm V with a wireless modem, and several phones that combine a Palms and a cell phone), you need to install a Palm Query Application (PQA). This is accomplished by first downloading a small PQA file to the desktop computer that you use to synchronize your Palm and then loading the PQA onto the Palm.
1. Click here to Download the PQA. and save the file sosd.pqa to a location where you can easily find it
2. Double-click on the file sosd.pqa to launch the Install Tool and Click on "OK"
3. Synchronize your Palm.
4. The PQA will appear with your Palm.net applications

Make sure go.web service is installed on your device (available from www.goamerica.com). Select the Go.Web icon to launch the browser.
1. To get to SignOnSanDiego.com, press the thumbwheel and select Go.Web Home. Scroll down to the Open URL section, type the URL "go.sosd.com", make sure the protocol is "http" (not "https") and select Open URL."
2. To bookmark the site, press the thumbwheel and select "Add Mark"
3. To return to the bookmarked site press the thumbwheel and select "View Marks" and then select "SignOnSanDiego.com"
