honest review of weight destroyer

I’m not really a fan of workout. I never have been, and I most probably won’t be. Somewhat it’s a curse. In other ways, I consider it a blessing.
The curse part is clear — no workout (combined with inappropriate diet) means continuous increase in weight and the sudden realization that you’re “overweight.” However the blessing is that I’ve no gym memberships, there’s no need to sacrifice more time out of an already hectic schedule, and no cardio. Oh, how I hate cardio!
So when I got the need to shed some excess weight, I started searching for what I call a “lazy man’s weight loss program.” To make a long story short, I stumbled upon Weight Destroyer and thought I would give it a try. Here’s what I personally think about the product. Feel free to do with it what you will.

So what exactly Weight Destroyer program is?

The easiest way to describe Weight Destroyer is as a weight-loss program created beyond (mostly) non-traditional dietary and fitness practices. It was written by a person named Michael Wren, with the help of his nephew, Stephen, in an effort to help individuals like myself (older, overweight, and “unmotivated to exercise”) lose weight at a rather rapid rate (more about this in a little bit).
This program relies heavily on nutrition as your main catalyst for weight loss — with an emphasis on your daily diet, how much eat, and when to eat. At first glance, it may seem like a fad diet, but it’s actually just the opposite.

Who’s Michael Wren?

According to WeightDestroyer.com, Michael Wren is a normal guy who almost lost his life in 2011, due to a cardiac arrest that originated from complications of obesity. After a prolonged hospital stay and a life-shattering prognosis, Michael took the initiative to shed the required weight as quickly as possible. He ultimately achieved his goal ¬- losing a documented Fifty three pounds in about six weeks – with the help of his nephew, Stephen, a physician passionate about nutrition.

Exactly What Does Weight Destroyer Offer you?

Essentially, Weight Destroyer offers an alternative to what Michael calls “shock” dieting – the fad diets, crash dieting, and strenuous exercise that “shock” your body into survival mode. The argument is that when your body is in survival mode it naturally burns fewer calories. Therefore, it’s not a significant drop in calories that’s key to losing weight; it’s the consumption of calorie-rich foods at certain intervals that matter.

The program includes a 30-day step-by-step “fast start” guide that breaks down precisely what you need to do each day, for the following 30 days, in order to maximize your total weight loss. Overall, it’s laid out very well and also the information is very easy to absorb. The good thing is that there’s no required calorie counting – a big plus in my book.

Weight Destroyer Cons

Sales page. I admit that I almost passed on purchasing Weight Destroyer because of the overall look and feel of the sales page. It did seem a bit hype-ridden, but I guess that seems to be the norm. However, it made some bold claims that I felt warranted the price tag ($39.95 at the time of this writing). And overall, I felt it was a wise purchase.

Weight Destroyer Pros

Good, solid information. I was a bit surprised by the quality of the information I received in Weight Destroyer. It was informative, well put-together, and contained quite a few eye-opening nutritional facts. I think Michael hit a homerun in this category.
Easy to implement. I hardly ever use “fast start” guides. I tend to stick with the main guide and work directly out of it, but Weight Destroyer’s 30-day quick start guide actually proved to be rather useful. The carefully compiled information made the overall strategy that much simpler to implement.

Gets Results. I haven’t lost 35+ pounds using the Weight Destroyer program, nor did I really expect to (despite the claims). However, I did drop a total of 17 pounds since I’ve implemented the system five weeks ago. For me, that’s more than enough to be considered worth the investment.

The Final Verdict

Weight Destroyer is definitely an all-around quality and effective program for weight-loss without all the physical exertion. Of course, the best results come when you combine the two, but this program was specifically designed and marketed as a minimal exercise product. In that regard, it succeeded significantly.
