I pretty much saved $20,000 with my master's degree. So UM, not $20,000 in debt without UPS. Without the earning learned program, I would not have my master's degree at this point. I have been employed with UPS for 16.5 years. I am a talent acquisition specialist. There's a lot of parks and benefits to being a UPS, and one of our big ones is our education programs. So for those that are looking to go to school the best benefit and places ups because you can potentially graduate debt free with the Learning Learning Program, all you have to do is take one class at a time. And as long as you're working force, any shift will pay for that class, so you can take on as much as you think that you can handle. You can go for anything that you want to go for. If you want to get into photography or art or trade. As long as you attend any approved postsecondary institution, you can earn up to $5250 a year for a lifetime max of $25,000. It's a great opportunity for you to come work at UPS again. You earn a weekly paycheck, you make a lot of friends and you get to go to school and have your tuition paid for it. I'm very passionate about all the programs that we have to offer. Everyone wants to know. Did you do it? How did you know? And so then I'm able to roll out my story and my timeline and how long it took having my undergrad degree and having to pay out of pocket and having those student loans. I definitely told myself if I found a way to go back to school and get my Masters degree, I would definitely go back. My whole program was done online, working a full time job, raising twins and going to school full time. It was not easy, but I was able to continue to push through and make it happen. It took me two years to get my masters degree. You set those goals for yourself and you just have to be disciplined knowing once you cross that finish line and graduate debt free, it is just an amazing feeling and the benefits that I gained by doing so and how quickly I was promoted as a result of getting my master's degree. One time, I was asked what was the one thing that I dislike most about my job? I did say because I can't recruit everybody because I felt like if I could, it would just make the world a difference for our community. That's how strongly I feel about the opportunities that UPS offers and about our education programs. If I can help someone else get a job, have their education paid for at 100% start their career. It's very fulfilling and very rewarding.
