35mm format, on the 36×24 mm size in still photographic film or digital photography
Full frame, on a particular gate size of the movie film
I think it is safe to say that the topic of each article is not readily apparent from its title. There are several issues I'd like to address:
Do we really need four articles? I'm open to any solutions, such as merging existing articles, moving things around, creating new overview articles or disambiguation pages, etc.
Is there a less confusing way to title the articles? If you google "35mm film" or "35 mm film", almost all of the top results discuss the still photographic film, suggesting to me that the movie film is not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for this term. Likewise, "Full frame" should probably be turned into a disambiguation page based on a cursory Google search.
We have one article called "35 mm film", and another called "35mm format". Should there be a space between "35" and "mm"?
Should discursive notes in pages consisting of multiple tables be placed below each table, or at the bottom of the page? U-Mos (talk) 02:32, 16 March 2019 (UTC)
One view is that since many or most reliable sources state that Fualaau was 12 at the time, while other sources state that he was 13, we should either go with age 12 or state "12 or 13." This view argues that we should do either per WP:Due weight. The other view is that going with age 12 is more "titillating" and that we should go with age 13 because it is being "conservative." This argument is made per WP:BLP stating that "Biographies of living persons ('BLPs') must be written conservatively and with regard for the subject's privacy." A counterargument regarding the interpretation of "conservative" was also made.
The title and the opening sentence are not coherent. It might also be confusing that the title is a singular term (Muse) while the opening word is plural (The Muses) which is not following the MOS:LEADSENTENCE rule. Also I was baffled when I searched Muse page but redirected to Muses (Did I search for Muse or Muses? shouldn't it better redirected to disambiguation page). I have already discussed this above, yet there's no good consensus accepted. I have several solutions below. — MusenInvincible (talk) 10:34, 11 March 2019 (UTC)
This very large page should be split in order to make it easier for readers to navigate and read the article, particularly mobile users and those with poor internet connections, and to make it easier for editors to contribute to the article, particularly with visual editor, all in line with relevant guidelines such as WP:ARTICLESIZE and WP:SPLITLIST. This comment applies to both List of television show spoofs in Mad and List of film spoofs in Mad. Is the inclusion of the artist and writer running afoul of WP:IINFO? Especially since there are many occasions from the mid-1980s onward where the artist and/or writer worked under a pseudonym (for instance, thanks to inside contacts on a Facebook group, I have been told that several names on the TV list are actually pseudonyms of Arnie Kogen, who used the pen names because of his additional prolificacy as a television script writer). A couple other names on the list are pseudonyms of someone, but there is no clear information as to whom these pen names belong, nor have they been verified in any reliable sources. So should the artist/writer section be done away with entirely? Ten Pound Hammer • (What did I screw up now?) 02:12, 10 March 2019 (UTC)
There has been a lot of debate about whether or not to include Fletcher in the infobox, but there does not seem to be a clear consensus one way or the other. So should we include Fletcher in the infobox with Singer, or should we just include Singer with a note mentioning that Fletcher took over towards the end of production? Should the article be restructured to group information about allegations of and charges for sexual abuse under one top level section? It is currently scattered through the article. Oska (talk) 09:11, 7 March 2019 (UTC)
The album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, by the Beatles, is in this article. According to many Wikipedians, this album should not be included, since it is considered one of the best albums of all time; at the same time, other Wikipedians argue that this album has been named as one of the worst by some sources. Instead of reverting our edits again and again, I propose you answer the question:
"Should the album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band be included in the article List of music considered the worst?"
With the answer Yes or No, accompanied by your reasons. WKMN? Later [ Let's talk ] 21:25, 6 March 2019 (UTC)
This article pretty covers 98% of the same information as Cletus Kasady. It was a mistake to split them based on the symbiote bonding with over people. In the case of Ben Reilly and Norman Osborn neither one of their bonding lasted beyond one storyline. In addition, neither were called "Carnage" but "Spider-Carnage" and "Red-Goblin" respectively. The article mentions that actress Claudia Cardinale was the “mistress” of the producer of the film, Franco Cristaldi. Other sources, among which our articles Claudia Cardinale and Franco Cristaldi, as well as most any movie encyclopedia and other reference works, such as Treccani encyclopedia, and the book Enrico D'Anna, Volo & cinema. Storia del cinema d'aviazione, Edizioni De Luca, Rome 1997 (p. 72), talking specifically about this film, say that they were married before 1969, the film's year.
Another editor, Galassi, has reverted twice, on different occasions, my edits in this regard, on the basis of a single web page in Russian about one of the screenwriters of the film. In the latest edit I had left both versions, “mistress” and wife, and added D'Anna's book as a source, but was reverted too. Goochelaar (talk) 10:30, 21 February 2019 (UTC)
In a discussion here, it was decided that whether or not to include the genre of an artist in the lead of the article. So should this article refer to him as just a singer in the lead or should it be country singer? JDDJS (talk to me • see what I've done) 04:41, 20 February 2019 (UTC)
Add the tag {{rfc|xxx}} at the top of a talk page section, where "xxx" is the category abbreviation. The different category abbreviations that should be used with {{rfc}} are listed above in parenthesis. Multiple categories are separated by a vertical pipe. For example, {{rfc|xxx|yyy}}, where "xxx" is the first category and "yyy" is the second category.
