International Journal of Biological and Chemical Sciences (IJBCS) is an Open Access journal that provides immediate, free availability on the public internet. The cost we charged is for journal development only (the review process, typesetting, online publication and long term archiving), so that we can continue to provide high-quality, peer-reviewed articles without charge to readers on the web – ensuring that articles receive the highest exposure and potential impact associated with open access publishing.

Authors of accepted articles will be required to pay a fee of FCFA7000 or €11 or US$15 per printed page of the journal. They will receive a PDF copy of their article, and can place order for offprints after the acceptance of the article.

Instruction for payment is sent to corresponding author as soon as the manuscript is accepted.
