International Journal of Physiotherapy (IJPHY) Is an open access, peer- reviewed, a bimonthly journal. IJPHY aims to publish bimonthly and accepts for publishing original and research articles, meta-analysis and review papers, case histories or single case studies, book reviews, physiotherapy education, reports from scientific conferences and professional training sessions, letters to Editor concerning functional disorders within the body and the possibilities of prevention and treatment as well as application of different methods of physiotherapy.

The mission of International Journal of Physiotherapy (IJPHY) is to publish genuine and original research work, to provide free access to the articles for the students, academicians, clinicians for future studies, and to establish a database for the researchers and clinicians for implementation of research findings into clinical Physiotherapy practice.

The vision is to evolve into a leading International journal for publishing high standards of research in Physiotherapy.

All content published in International Journal of Physiotherapy is made freely available online to all under an Open-Access model. By the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative, all content published by the IJPHY is made free to users without any subscription or other charges. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of these articles, or use them for any other lawful, non-commercial purpose.
