The Journal of Human Resource and Adult Learning (HRAL) is an international journal. Its aim is to promote the understanding of the subject, provide an international forum for discussion and debate, and to stress the critical importance of people management to a wide range of global economy, multicultural issues, employee development and lifelong learning concerns.

　The mission of the HRAL is to share experiences in preparing professionals to lead, design, implement and evaluate learning programs within education, business, industry, government, military, health care and other public and private sector organizations.

　The ISSN number is proved and issued by the ISSN INTERNATIONAL CENTRE, FRANCE.The headquarters of HRAL is located in Oregon, United States. For the convenience of serving Asian authors, HRAL has established a branch in Taipei, Taiwan.
