To become a recognized scientific journal of multidisciplinary research in Asia Pacific Region by 2018

MISSION

The APJMR commits itself to:

  1. Sustain the academic integrity of publishing scientific researches;
  2. Expand the network and linkages in international research community through publications and conferences;
  3. Ensure the competence and credibility of research articles through quality assurance mechanisms;
  4. Establish greater opportunities for research collaboration of scholars from the global community; and
  5. Promote the value of commitment and integrity in meeting the international standards of publication.

AIM

The Asia Pacific Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (APJMR) is the official research journal of the Graduate School with Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas as its publisher which is also open to the global community of scholars who aspire to have their researches published in a peer-reviewed journal. The primary criterion for publication in APJMR is the significance of the contribution an article makes to the body of knowledge. It is an opportunity particularly for researchers in different field of specializations to share their scientific materials in wider range of academic community. The efficiency and effectiveness of the editorial review process are critically dependent upon the actions of both the research authors and the reviewers.

SCOPE

The journal publishes quarterly issues in various disciplines but not limited to:

such as
⦁    social sciences,
⦁    humanities,
⦁    education,
⦁    health and medical sciences,
⦁    business and economics,
⦁    management information,
⦁    science and technology, and
⦁    engineering and maritime studies.

Publishable research articles embrace any research methodology as long as the articles meet the publication standards of the journal. The journal primarily has, as its audience, scientists, academicians, practitioners of various fields, policy makers, health advocates, graduate students, and other individuals interested in pushing the frontiers of developing innovative ideas for social and global transformation.

Types of Manuscripts

Original articles

Randomized controlled trials, intervention studies, studies of screening and diagnostic test, outcome studies, cost effectiveness analyses, case-control series, and surveys with high response rate

Review articles
Systematic critical assessment of literature and data sources

Short Communications

Short Communications are suitable for the presentation of research that extends previously published research, including the reporting of additional controls and confirmatory results in other settings, as well as negative results, small-scale clinical studies, clinical audits and case series. Authors must clearly acknowledge any work upon which they are building, both published and unpublished.

Case reports:
New/interesting/very rare cases can be reported. Cases with clinical significance or implications will be given priority, whereas, mere reporting of a rare case may not be considered. Up to 1000 words excluding references and abstract and a maximum of 10 references.
