One of the most valuable, yet sometimes overlooked, benefits of belonging to AIR is that the Association makes Arbitration available to its members. In fact, AIR is the only association or data provider that makes this service available as a means of settling disputes quickly and inexpensively based on the judgments of your peers. In short, in transactions involving member firms, if commission disputes do happen to arise, there is professional recourse through AIR's Arbitration service.
