Publication Policy

All submitted manuscripts are initially reviewed by the editor. If the manuscript is judged suitable for the scope of JBEF, it is then sent for a blind peer-review.
The reviewers are allowed to repond within 20 days. The editor then declares whether the manuscript is accepted, rejected or accepted for revision in 30 days. The authors must sign the copyrights form upon acceptance of their manuscripts.
All manuscripts must be original contributions and should not be currently under consideration of any other publication.
Authors submitting papers publication process warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright, infringement of proprietary right, invasion of privacy or libel and imdemnify, defend and hold JBEF harmless from any damages, expenses and costs against any breach of such warranty. For ease of dissemination the manuscript becomes the legal property of JBEF.
Authors must read "Authors Guidelines" before sending their manuscripts. The manuscripts need to be formatted in accordance with the JBEF format.
JBEF publishes 4 times a year. The quarterly issues are published in the months of March, June, September and December.
The peer-review process is completed in about 30 days and authors are informed shortly after that.
The publication language is English only.
There is no submission fee but a $200 publlication fee is required for accepted papers to cover the issuing costs.
JBEF is entitled to issue DOI numbers starting at January, 2015.
All authors must sign and return the “Agreement for Transfer of Copyrights”.
