How To Book Your Party

All parties must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

Party Information

Your pre-decorated room includes: Paper plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups, napkins and table cloths. Party supplies based upon total number of participants only (does not include adults).

You should bring to your party your own cake, serving knife, candles and gifts. Option items also include matches/lighter, all food, snacks and drinks, goodie bags or party favours and craft supplies.  

Create Your Own Party

Spaces are available at many of our City owned facilities, parks and pavilions. For a modest rental fee you can design and host your own custom party for any number of guests or any occasion. 

 

The Ultimate Gym Party

Port Weller Community Centre
1 Bogart Street

Saturdays: 1 - 3:30 p.m. or 4 - 6:30 p.m.

• Length of party: 2 ½ hours
  • 1 ½ hour of gym time (staff and parent supervised, all gym games and equipment supplied)
  • 1 hour of decorated party room (staff and parent supervised)
• Ages: 3-6 years or 7-10 years
• $175.00 for 15 participants
  $3.50 per additional child, up to a maximum of 25 participants

Optional Inflatable Bouncer Package

• Choose from 15 different options
• Inflatable bouncer provided by Niagara Inflatables
• $200.00

Party Reminders 

• Parent supervision is required for the duration of the party.
• Facilities have a fridge/freezer and stove (for heating purposes only) available on site for use. This is included in the price of the party.
• Staff will assist with the party clean up; however, parents are also expected to encourage respectful use of the facilities (no food fights, rough housing, destructive behavior, proper bathroom etiquette, etc.).
• Some facility rooms have maximum capacities and not all parents may be allowed to participate if the maximum capacity is exceeded.
• Booked parties will not be refunded; however, a party may be rescheduled within the calendar year with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
• Please refrain from bringing any peanut products into City facilities
• Please advise if any participants have a latex allergy
• Changes to party bookings must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event 
• Payment is required at the time of booking
