Photo Submission

Photos cannot contain images of children, and any images of adults contained within photos must not be recognizable. Not all photos submitted will appear in the photo gallery; the City has the right, in its sole discretion, to choose not to display or to remove any photo, and all decisions made by the City in this regard are final. The City reserves the right to edit the descriptions of the photos. All submitted photos become the property of the City upon submission. The City does not have any control over the downloading of photos in the photo gallery by external parties, and accepts no responsibility for the downloading and/or use of any photos in the public domain by external parties.

Subscriptions

The City reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any given time, without prior notice. The City accepts no responsibility for failing to provide or cancelling subscriptions, nor for any inaccurate material contained within any edition of subscriptions, and further, the City is not responsible for any damages incurred directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance on the materials contained within any editions of subscriptions.
