Public Transportation

Getting around the City of St. Catharines doesn't require a car. St. Catharines Transit has bus routes traversing all corners of the city, with buses running at regular intervals. Please note: some routes have limited evening and weekend service.

Inter-municipal Transit

St. Catharines Transit also travels into the neighbouring City of Thorold. Stops at Brock University enable riders to connect to buses from Niagara Falls Transit and Welland Transit, taking travellers to their respective cities.

Niagara Region operates a region-wide transit system, with stops in St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, Thorold and Fort Erie.
