By-laws

The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for the care and control of by-laws .The City has numerous by-laws dealing with issues of public interest. By-laws set standards for matters affecting private land owners, public health and safety.

Enforcement of the By-laws is the responsibility of various city departments.
