I have read, understood and agree to the terms of this agreement and the privacy policy of the website www.bigdecisions.com (“BigDecisions Website”), which is available at www.bigdecisions.com/privacy (“BigDecisions Privacy Policy”). I understand that NWS Digital may collect, use, transfer and disclose my personal or sensitive information, as described in the NWS Digital and in this agreement. I further understand and agree that the BigDecisions Privacy Policy maybe changed from time to time to reflect its evolving privacy practices without giving me any prior notice. By registering myself at the BigDecisions Website I, authorize NWS Digital to contact me via phone, call, sms or email for verification purposes. I also consent to NWS Digital transferring my personal or sensitive information to its various service providers and business partners as specified in the BigDecisions Privacy Policy. By providing my mobile number and email id at BigDecisions Website, I am authorising NWS Digital’s business partners to contact me to offer their services for the product/services that I have opted for, imparting product knowledge and other offers. Irrespective of the fact that I have registered myself under DND service, I am still authorising NWS Digital and/or their business partners to give me a call for the above mentioned purposes.

By submitting my information on the BigDecisions Website, I accept that NWS Digital’s business partners may contact me directly regarding my inquiry. For the protection of the information shared with NWS Digital for the purpose of this agreement, NWS Digital has in place information security policies and procedures to collect, receive, possess, store, deal or handle sensitive personal data or information from unauthorized access, use, modification, damage, disclosure and impairment. Details of these security practices and procedures can be found at the BigDecisions Privacy Policy. I acknowledge that the security practices and procedures specified herein are reasonable and are designed to protect the information provided by me.

I also acknowledge that security practices and procedures are constantly evolving and consequently NWS Digital shall have the right to amend or replace the security practices and procedures from time to time at its sole discretion and provide details of such amended or replaced practices and procedures on the BigDecisions Privacy Policy.

I agree that I am responsible for maintaining the security of my Login ID and password and should not disclose the same to any third party and NWS Digital is not responsible, if someone else has access to, or accesses my account through the registration information that they have obtained from me in violation of this agreement and the BigDecisions Privacy Policy.

I agree and consent that NWS Digital shall have the right to appoint or replace the method and manner of collecting and retaining the sensitive personal data or information by changing the details provided in BigDecisions Privacy Policy. The publication of such details in the BigDecisions Privacy Policy shall be deemed to incorporate such details in this agreement and unless objected to by me, it will be deemed that I have consented to such replacement and appointment.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, the publication of such practices and procedures in the BigDecisions Privacy Policy shall be deemed to incorporate such practices and procedures in this agreement.

I undertake that I shall not withdraw the consent provided pursuant to this agreement unless I communicate such notice to NWS Digital in writing. On providing such notice, NWS Digital reserves the right to discontinue providing services for the purposes of which my personal /sensitive data was sought.
