'Her skin is made of sun rays and silk!' Bizarre video shows woman erupting into hysterics when she learns a boy she 'loved' in high school is dating a stunning actress

  • Marian Bull was on Facebook when she found out that the boy she was in love with has a new girlfriend - who is totally gorgeous
  • The Brooklyn-based writer wasn't sad, though - instead, the news made her laugh hysterically, comparing herself to the beautiful girl
  • She also cracked up when she stumbled across images of the unnamed girl's 'mediocre watercolors'

Discovering that a guy whom you used to be head-over-heels for has found someone else is never fun - even when you're an adult, and that guy is your high school crush.

Brooklyn-based writer Marian Bull didn't take the news that the boy she was in love with back in her school days had found a girlfriend - especially when she realized that the girl in question was totally gorgeous.

Her roommate, Hallie Bateman, managed to catch Marian's emotional display on camera, filming as Marian didn't cry, but actually laughed hysterically at the pretty new lady in her old love's life.

As the clip begins, Marion is already laughing while looking at her phone and sitting on a couch. She begins talking to her roommate as she films.

'The boy that I was in love with in high school has a girlfriend. I just found out on Facebook, and she's so pretty,' she says before erupting into a fit of giggles.

'We don't look anything alike. Look at her,' she says, still laughing, as she holds her iPhone up to her face to compare herself side-by-side.

'It's like her skin is made of silk and it has little sunrays woven into it,' she says, still cracking up and scrolling through images.

Then, more somberly, she adds: 'I'm sure she's a really nice person.

'Like, there's always good light around her,' she adds, switching back to the pretty woman's looks. But her laughter soon changes tone as she realized the woman isn't just beautiful - she also fancies herself an artist.

'Oh, she makes really mediocre watercolor paintings!' Marian says, clearly gleeful over the discovery. This proves almost too much to handle for her, as she then starts laughing hysterically again before composing herself to say wistfully: 'Oh, I was so in love with him.'

After a beat, she seems to come across headshots on the new girlfriend's Facebook account, telling her roommate through laughter: 'I think she's a model. She's definitely a model! Look at this picture.'

'She's a model, and I'm just sitting here in my s***ty apartment,' she says, nearly out of breath from laughing. 'Our heat doesn't even work! I bet her heat works. She lives in California; she doesn't even need heat. I bet her apartment is really nicely decorated.'

Sane difference: Though Marian thought the girl was a model from California, she found out later she is really an actress who lives in New York

For a moment, the laughter seems to be on the brink of turning into a crying jag - but then she tips back into giggling again, perhaps because she found more of the new girlfriend's artwork.

'Look at all these watercolor paintings that she makes!' she says.

'I wonder if he wrote a song about her!' she then says, referring to the old crush. 'He's a musician. A he's really tall.'

But that trip down memory lane comes to an abrupt halt when she realized that the guy she swooned over years ago doesn't look exactly the same as he used to.

'The side of his head is shaved,' she giggles. 'Oh man. Definitely not gonna get invited to their wedding.

Whoops: She also later tweeted that she was sorry she called the watercolor paintings mediocre and is sure the girl is a nice person

After her roommate shared the video on YouTube, Marian found out that her conceptions about the new girlfriend were actually wrong.

She told Seventeen.com that the other girl isn't a model who lives in California. She is an actress who lives in New York.

Despite the not-so-glaring difference, though, Marian may have felt a bit bad after the video started making the rounds on the internet, in case the new girl - or the old guy - came across it.

'I'm sorry I called her watercolor paintings mediocre,' she tweeted this afternoon. 'I'm sure she's a very nice person.'
