Jamie Carragher rolled back the years during his short time in Australia and even bumped into two cricketing heavyweights while Down Under.
Carragher was part of the Liverpool Legends side that thrashed Australia Legends 4-0 in a friendly at Sydney's ANZ Stadium on Thursday.
And prior to returning back to England, the Sportsmail columnist rubbed shoulders with Australia cricket captain Steve Smith and their head coach Darren Lehmann.

Accompanied with the caption: 'Just about to fly back from Australia, had a great time helped by bumping into 2 Aussie Cricket Legends last night, coach Darren Lehman & captain Steve Smith. #wevestillgottheashes,' Carragher uploaded a picture all smiles alongside the pair.
The 37-year-old's Instagram post on Friday showed his competitive spirit as he reminded Smith and Lehmann that their fierce rivals England currently hold the Ashes after their series victory last summer.
And Carragher's competitive mentality was on show during Liverpool's friendly win on Thursday.
Luis Garcia, Ian Rush and John Aldridge were on the scoresheet for the Reds while Steven Gerrard completed the full 90 minutes as the Anfield greats recorded a comfortable victory in front of their enthusiastic Australian supporters.
The Liverpool squad, coached by Gerard Houllier, featured a variety of Anfield stars from the past quarter-century, with Gerrard, Carragher, Rush and Robbie Fowler among the star attractions for the 40,000-strong crowd at the ANZ Stadium.
