- Dele Alli's career has taken off both domestically and internationally
- Footage has emerged of Tottenham star taking driving test aged 17

- He is now driving force in Spurs' midfield, keen on steering team to victory
Dele Alli is all set for a remarkable 2016... he is the 19-year-old Tottenham talent with a huge international career ahead of him and legions of followers around the world.
But it turns out he's just like you and I. Footage has been uncovered of a driving lesson the former MK Dons midfielder undertook back in 2013, before sitting his second practical test.
Alli had failed at the first time of asking, picking up 10 minors and one major fault, before an emergency lesson with a new company the day before his second try.

The camera cuts from a view of Alli to a front shot of the road, giving Alli's perspective from inside the car
The footage was filmed by an on-board camera and later released by the driving company, clearly delighted to have trained a now-Premier League star around the mean streets of Milton Keynes.
On the pitch, Alli clearly has a great engine and will hope his career kicks into second gear this season. He is the driving force in Spurs' midfield, always keen on steering his team to victory.
Never one to take a back-seat, many of the north London side's hopes are pinned on him... let's hope he doesn't have a blow-out and become exhausted towards the end of the season.
Alli has now passed his driving test, and appears fully focused on his football career in the Premier League.
The video was filmed while Alli was just 17 at MK Dons; now, he is one of the star men in Tottenham's midfield
Alli has also now appeared for his country four times, making his debut against Estonia (pictured centre)
Spurs are enjoying an impressive campaign and currently sit fourth in the top flight. Alli himself has played a part in 25 games, netting five goals in the process.
The Champions League hopefuls will be hoping their season doesn't stall as we approach the final few months.
Oh, and if 45 minutes of Alli's driving just isn't enough for you, you can watch a full one-hour pre-test lesson from the following day HERE.
