Kyrgyzstan not found any violations in the Roshen products

the Kyrgyz experts found no violations of sanitary norms in the production of Ukrainian company Roshen, told RIA Novosti on Wednesday the Director of the Department of disease prevention and examinations of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tolo Isakov.

 

at The end of July Rospotrebnadzor imposed a ban on import of products of the company Roshen – one of the largest manufacturers of confectionery products in Ukraine, in candy that was found to hazardous material – benzopyrene.

 

“We carry out the verification of confectionery products received from the Ukraine to the total toxicity, i.e. the content of salts of heavy metals, arsenic, lead, zinc etc. including The content of benzopyrene. All samples meet sanitary standards, hazardous substances were not found”, – said the Agency interlocutor.

 

Isakov explained that the samples were selected for the analysis in the various shops of the Republic, as well as on the markets. Besides the company Roshen was tested all products are coming in Kyrgyzstan with Ukraine. “All proven Ukrainian confectionery products are normal, the population should not be afraid,” he said.

 

Now such checks Roshen products undertake sanitation departments of a number of countries, in particular Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan. While none of them found harmful substances in the candies of this company.
