Watering Regulations: Gardens and Landscaping: Consumers shall not irrigate any lawn or landscaped area between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM on any day of the week. Even numbered addresses are assigned watering days on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Odd numbered addresses are assigned watering days on Sundays and Wednesdays. Garage Sales:
conducted at any residential dwelling unit, apartment complex, or residential property may only be held on the first and third Friday, and/or Saturday, and/or Sunday of each month. The time period for conducting the garage sale shall be between the hours of dawn and 4:00 PM including the time for set-up and take-down.The driveway, yard area, or other space used for the purpose of the garage sale shall be restored to its normal residential character at the conclusion of the garage sale.
Counter/window hours:
Finance Counter/Window and Police records - Mon. through Thurs. from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for citizens to conduct business. Police emergency services will continue to be provided 24 hours per day. Building Division Window - Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Community Development Dept.- Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
